1916 Remembered

1916 Remembered Event Poster

2nd July 2016, Dymock Parish Hall

An Exhibition and Discovery Event

Do you have any old photos, documents or family history information of life in the Leadon Vale/Golden Triangle villages over the past 100 years? Then we’d love to hear from you. Come along, learn, share and celebrate our heritage and culture with us at Dymock Parish Hall on Saturday July 2nd.

The event will be followed by a concert in remembrance of the battle of the Somme – one of the largest of World War I, in which more than 1,000,000 men were wounded or killed, making it one of the bloodiest battles in human history. “A Creative Silence” starts at 7pm at St Mary’s Church – please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
